CALM Meeting
CALMÂ is concerned that adequate safeguards for the surrounding communities have not been included in the permit to mine issued for Deer Run by the Illinois Department of Resources. We have appealed Deer Run’s Permit #399, and are currently preparing for an administrative review, which is currently scheduled for August 2011.
